We stopped in here after leaving Pullman 14 years ago. The food and service are still great, just like when we used to come here during our college days. The variety and value are exceptional. My favorites are steamed buns and fried tofu.
The best restaurant in Pullman in my opinion... Only been going there since they were across the street in the 90's. The Mongolian beef and Szechaun chicken are amazing... Probably best I've ever had. All my friends and family have loved their food forever.
So glad to have a decent pho place in this area! I got the short rib pho, which was flavorful and delicious. I am, however, devastated that I didn’t know there was a corgi inside and had my husband run in to pick up our order. Next time we’re dining in for sure, so I can pet the good boi
I’d never ever been to Minh’s, though I’ve driven by a zillion times living here! Online, most reviews were stellar, so I was excited to try it the other day. Greeting you in the store is the family Corgi and the sweetest girl behind the counter! With an extensive menu, we ordered some familiar dishes: custard dumplings, crab Rangoon, and the combo plate of almond chicken, sweet and sour prawns, pork fried rice, and pork chow mein. It was indeed sooooo fantastic! SOOOO MUCH FOOD. Definitely look at the reviews and photos to get an idea of what you might want to try, but this is definitely a place I’ll be revisiting!
The food was great and so was the service! However I'd say my favorite was definitely the corgi Marcus😂 he's a very good boy and was absolutely adorable, he layed down next to my table and just let me pet him!
Minh’s is an amazing restaurant. The staff are friendly and fun, the food is great, and it’s always enjoyable to see their dogs while waiting for food. Service is extremely quick Takeout is also perfect and easy Great place!
Minh's has so much to offer. The food preparation was fresh, quick service and atmosphere wise we were the only ones seated since there was only half an hour left before it closed. We were welcomed by Marcus (sweet corgi) and the owners. Owing to the rain & windy weather we were starving and feasted on the chicken fried rice, Shrimp chowmein and Pork BBQ buns (had read about the buns in many reviews). I found the pork stuffing sweet, I was expecting a spicier version. But I guess that's how they are! Otherwise soft & super fluffy. The chicken fried rice and shrimp chowmein was just perfect 😊 Good serving portions and the chilli oil served was yum. Will be visiting Minh's again to eat & meet Marcus ❤️
I have been going here with my family since 2009 and we all absolutely love their food and the people. My family and I alwas thought that Mr.Minh was a wonderful person and we always enjoyed talking with him. My he rest in peace.
While it doesn't have much in the way of seating, ordering out is a wonderful experience. It is a homey, family-run, hole-in-the-wall Asian restaurant with an excellent assortment of different dishes. While I wasn't able to meet the famous Corgi of the restaurant, the rest of the staff were amicable and talented. Delicious food an a lovely atmosphere, will definitely come again.
This place is a hidden gem! Food was delicious and portions were way more than expected, which is always a bonus in my books! We had a variety of food items as well as a vegetarian option. Definitely a must when in Pullman, we will be back. Markus definitely brings a spark to the place!
